Updating The Pi Looper

I'm working on shrinking the Pi Looper and using a Teensy 4.1 since the Teensy 3.6 is difficult to purchase. The goal is to use one Adafruit NeoTrellis for the instruments and a second NeoTrellis for the loops and all the other buttons. I don't know if I'll be able to figure out the code but it is worth a shot.
